St John's Wort Mood Relief (THR) is a traditional herbal medicine used to help relieve the symptoms of low moods and mild anxiety, based on traditional use.* A traditional herbal medicine, St John’s Wort Mood Relief (THR) contains St John’s Wort extract. Take one tablet daily.

Each tablet contains 370mg of dried aerial parts extract, equivalent to 1,850mg−2,590mg of St John’s Wort. The traditional herbal medicines registered as part of the THR scheme are regulated by the MHRA and of guaranteed quality.

Active ingredient: Each film-coated tablet contains: 370mg of extract (as dry extract) from St John's Wort aerial parts (Hypericum perforatum L.) (5-7:1) (equivalent to 1,850mg  2,590mg of St John's Wort.)

Extraction solvent: Ethanol 60% v/v.

This product also contains the following ingredients:

Excipients in the extract: Maltodextrin, Colloidal Anhydrous Silica.

Tablet core: Maltodextrin, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Croscarmellose Sodium, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate, Colloidal Anhydrous Silica.

Tablet coating: Hypromellose, Glycerol.

Directions of use

Take one tablet daily. Swallow the tablet whole with water or other liquid. Please read the PIL (Patient Information Leaflet) for full dosage instructions.
