Using a dual source carb mix (2:1 Maltodextrin Fructose’) and natural pectin for easier digestion, these fluid gels also don’t require water to be consumed – perfect when you’re on the move. 
Our standard Energy Gels – in Apple & Blackcurrant, Citrus Fruit and Passion Fruit flavours – contain 25g carbs and 3 electrolytes (sodium, potassium and calcium’). Our Energy Gel + Caffeine Espresso flavour provides 24g carbs and 3 electrolytes in addition to 75mg caffeine to give you an extra boost.
