What is Fenugreek?
Known as methika in Sanskrit (one of the world's oldest languages), Fenugreek is a warming spice that comes from the brown seeds of the trigonella foenum−graecum plant. Our tablets contain 500 mg natural fenugreek seed extract, and we've also added 40 micrograms of chromium and 5 milligrams of zinc to this formulation. Chromium helps to maintain blood glucose levels and normal macronutrient metabolism, while zinc contributes to normal carbohydrate metabolism and the breakdown of fatty acids. What's more, this product is suitable For vegetarians and vegans, making it an ideal choice for anyone following a plant−based diet.
